The purpose of the GDPR is to provide a set of standard data protection laws across the EU, making it easier for people to understand how their data is being used and to give them greater control over its use.
Think Psychology provides high quality, evidence based, psychological therapy for a range of emotional and practical difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The main therapeutic approach we use is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is the approach with the best evidence for effectively treating the most common mental health difficulties. All of our staff are accredited as CBT therapists by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), thus ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in the care and treatment that we offer.
We are committed to protecting any data that is collected concerning you, gathering only the minimum amount of information that is appropriate for providing you with excellent care.
