Think Psychology provides high quality, evidence based, psychological therapy for a range of emotional and practical difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The main therapeutic approach we use is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is the approach with the best evidence for effectively treating the most common mental health difficulties. All of our staff are accredited as CBT therapists by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), thus ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in the care and treatment that we offer.

We are committed to protecting any data that is collected concerning you, gathering only the minimum amount of information that is appropriate for providing you with excellent care.

Think Psychology processes data that can identify an individual wholly or partly through automated means or manually as part of a filing system.

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorised destruction of the Data.

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, or in accordance with the guidelines the professional healthcare organisations the psychologists at Think Psychology adhere to. The User can always request that the Data Controller review, suspend or remove the data.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Think Psychology to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analyzing website performance, Displaying content from external platforms, Interaction with external social networks and platforms, Managing contacts, Billing and making appointments.

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorises Think Psychology to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

Managing contacts and sending messages
This type of services makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.
