New ACT video resources
Along with other committee members of the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Special Interest Group of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), Dr Bennett recently contributed to a project to develop some video resources to help train psychological therapists. The aim was to record some demonstrations of ACT techniques for use in training and supervision. The first of these is now available on YouTube here, and together with some more explanation here. More examples of the material will be made freely available in due course.
