Dr Bennett recently had a great opportunity to work with a group of psychologists and psychotherapists in Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust as part of their programme of continuing professional development programme in CBT. The session focussed on honing skills in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) by introducing the group to the basic science of Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
